OUR CHURCH

A resplendent Romanic Bassilica with three aisles, in the historic center of Florence, it was built in the 11th century. Baroc architectural changes were made in the 18th century. Located on the bank of the river Arno, the Temple stands on stilts directly above the river from where the designation "soprarno" (over Arno) is derived. It is some 150 yards from the famous and historical bridge of Ponte Vecchio, adorned with artwork of famous artists of the era.
